VICTOR TUSON PALAU
Tuson Advisory is a deliberately small practice. One operator, working directly with the CEO. No associates with pricing hiding a junior delivering the work.
Victor is a former CTO and product leader who has spent two decades inside scaling product organisations — building teams, shipping software, riding the scaling stretch where most companies quietly run out of product velocity.
The practice exists to give founders the rigour of a senior operator at the moment they need it most.
Working across Europe. Fluent in Spanish and English. Comfortable in executive conversations, offsites, and engineering standups alike.
With over 20 years of experience spanning fintech, crypto, infrastructure, and general tech, he brings a unique perspective shaped by hands-on leadership roles in high-growth organisations like Bitpanda, Ebury, and Canonical/Ubuntu.
